The services undertaken by CBS are as follows:
1. Reviewing, designing and development of integrated Enterprise Resource Management Software Solutions for clients.
2. Providing training to Clients personnel in the use of computerised facilities and accounting procedures and systems.
3. Post software implementation support and maintenance.
4. Review MF Programs including Product Design, Delivery Methodology and Impact Assessment Procedures and recommend improvements thereon.
5. Imparting training and development to personnel in the fields of financial accounting, management information, internal audit and microfinance NGO / NPOs.
6. Preparing system and procedures (SOP’s) for social sector organizations and conducting user trainings.
7. Designing and developing Financial, MIS and HR systems and procedures for clients in industry, business, agricultural, financial and services sectors.
8. Undertaking due diligence and providing necessary assistance in buyouts.
9. Assisting in the preparation of and making presentations, financial or otherwise, to Banks, Development Financial Institutions, Leasing Companies, and Investment Companies.
10. Providing Bureau Service accounting services.
11. Assisting Clients in securing the services of Professional staff and officers.
12. Undertaking Company registration and secretarial work.
13. Act as Business Advisory Consultants to Banks particularly in the area of Consumer Financing.
